Booking Your Test
- Book online at theorytest.ie, the official booking site
- Current fee is €45
- Valid photo ID required on test day
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment
County Wicklow has its own theory test centre, in Wicklow town: Wentworth Hall, Wentworth Place, Wicklow, A67 PX27. The nearest alternatives are Dún Laoghaire (Dublin South) and Wexford.
After You Pass
Once you pass the Theory Test, you can apply for your learner permit. Your Theory Test Certificate is valid for 2 years from the date you pass the test.
